 I have been a sports fan for a long time, but I was not destined to become a sports coach. Indeed, I chose to study in the field of marketing and communication. Of course, I continued to do sports and tried several sports activities like fitness, dance, pump, crossfit, yoga, rowing and more recently calisthenics.  

With time, this passion has transformed into a desire to make it a professional activity. So I started studying online and obtained a personal trainer diploma through the ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association). 

My goal today is to put all my expertise at your disposal in order to provide you with useful and safe training plans and nutritional advice, the most effective possible and 100% adapted to your needs.
